Hoppy pale ale full of zippy citrus delivered by Citra and El Dorado hops and grounded with the earthy, herbal base of the brewery’s signature, time-honoured floor malting method.

Delicious with roast chicken, haunch of venison, game pie and pairs well with both beef and plant-based burgers, with a spoonful of our sticky tomato and chilli jam.

We have partnered with a forward-thinking B-Corp Certified brewery, just 30 miles from our Cotswold farm to create this beer. Just as we do at Daylesford Organic, the brewers choose to support regenerative, organic farming to preserve soil health, work hard to lower their carbon and water footprints and implement circular economy principles.
