Dry sparkling spontaneously fermented cider. A blend of Arkansas Black, Winesap, Virginia Gold, Black Twig, and Stayman apples, all grown locally in Rappahannock County, VA. No added sugars, sulfites, or yeast. Fermentation 6 months in barrel, then bottle conditioned for 3-6months.
