A naturally brilliant blend of malt and hop characters. Solid gold colour, remarkably aromatic. smooth body with hints of fresh citrus. Dry delicate hop flower finish. A drink that is both distinctive and long on refreshment.

Found this bottle in ’Gormet Foods’ on the island of Tobago. Alcohol 4.4%: Brown 500ml bottle, best before Oct 2009, drank on my hotel balcony in June 2008. Light amber colour with a firm white head it looked fine. Don’t forget I’d been drinking Carib Lager for over a week and I needed a beer fix. Impressive hoppy aroma, not overly powerful, but a true beer smell. The hops come through in the taste as well, a very understanded beer, flavoursome, but not pushy in its mouthfeel. There is a body to the beer however, it feels like a beer should. Overal, good, just what I wanted at the time. Didn’t realise I hadn’t reviewed it before.

Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is malty, caramel and light hoppy. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Finish is light bitter. I let myself fool by the label saying IPA. I was very disappointed and I should have known better. 250508

Skotsk bitter som drar åt det traditionella IPA-hållet. Knappt märkbart dock, snarare en standardbitter, men en bra sådan med fin humleprofil.

Poured a light golden colour with a small head. This IPA had nice medium lacing and good carbonation, with some bubbles being bigger then others. Aromas were of citrus malts. Tasted hoppy with caramel malts. Dry finish. Mouthfeel is smooth and clean.

Golden beer with medium white head. Malts, some sweetness, hint of redberries and overally aroma is peacefull and sophisticated. Cornfield, some grass and citrus fruits in the flavour and in the there are soem dry bitterness. Quite light to drink with balanced carbonation. Quite refresning as label promised but overally basic and unsurprising beer.
