A crisp west-coast IPA to keep you steady through the ebb and flow. A sturdy backdrop of bready barley balanced by Loral, Simcoe and Idaho 7 hops. Eventide has notes of dried out toffee and young spruce with moderate bitterness and lingering sweetness. Tastes like finding hidden candy in a grove of pine trees. Inspired by the original west coast IPAs imbibed during late night planning sessions for Wander Brewing a decade ago. Cheers to 8 years!

On Tap at the Bellingham brewery/taproom. Orangish light amber pour. Thin but sturdy light tan head and lacing. Light toasted and woody malt character and a mild earthy hop note. Lacking the classic fresh zippiness of west coast IPA and more of a faded malty IPA Id say.
