On Tap at the Boise BrewPub Clear light amber with a classic nitro head. Dense and creamy. Almost making a perfect lid on top of the beer. Very nice mild toasted malt flavors. Woody and slightly of brown sugar. Some bitterness at the end, but more of a sharp tannin woody kind of bite. This is very good. Mellow and soft.
