On Tap at Brewforia, Meridian, ID. Hazy light yellow/beige, looking rather like a Saison. Small fine white head and sturdy sheets of lacing. Soft fruity aroma of a little farmhouse and some pear and apple. Lost of soft fruit in the flavor as well. Pear and apple again. Very strange. I totally thought I was poured the wrong beer. Pleasant but very light and different from a stronger darker beer like I expected. Light and tasty though.

Draft @ FoBAB 2009, Chicago, IL. Pours a brown color with a small off-white head. Has a wheaty malty caramel and vanilla bourbon aroma. Sweetish wheat malty caramel flavor with some toasted hints and hints of bourbon and vanilla. Has a slightly sweetish wheat malty caramel finish with hints of bourbon in the aftertaste.
