Draught at Københavnske Øldage. Clear nut brown. Sweet and smokey, clean mouthfeel. Roasty malt and shampoo, phenols meet bacon. Salty finish. Flavourful, but going everywhere at once, and with too hard mouthfeel.

On tap at Cph Beerfestival. Brownish red, clear brown ale with a beige head. It was served too cold, hence disguising the taste and aroma a bit. It has a mild, light nutty and caramel aroma, with a touch of hops. The flavor is sweet, with caramel and some roasted notes. Thin body. It could use some more hops I think. (060519)

An unclear deep red beer with a dense light brown head - looking at the color I’d never guess, that this is a brown ale. The aroma is slightly acidic and malty, with light notes of roasted malt. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of chocolate and roasted malt.

(On tap) Hazy, slightly muddy orangey brown with a small, off-white head. Light roasted, caramelish aroma. Loads of wonderful fruit esters on a soft and very malty background. Short, dry, bitter finish. Quite wellmade with a somewhat rustic "homebrewed" touch. 230805
