Dry & crisp, this beer was fermented with our House Yeast strain at 60 degrees and cold-cellared on dry hops for a month. Northern Brewery and Challenger hops balance the malt background, which is comprised of English Floor- Malted Two-Row Barley and a small percentage of Rye malt.

On tap at the brewpub A medium dark amber with a modest white head and very persistant sheeting lacing. A faint softly sweet flavor of light malts and slight spiciness. Mildly hopped it is fairly sweet throughout.
