0,5L bottle, BB 10.11.2014 (drank 24.10.2014). Pours amber with off-white head. The head doesn’t stay. Aroma is diacetyl, caramel, fruits, citrus, biscuits, and malt. Flavor is sweet, diacetyl, citrus, grapefruit, biscuits, and malt. Finish is pine bitter. Overall: very disappointing considering the current RB rating. It was rather close to BB and I seemed to be more sensitive to diacetyl than most people, but even without considering the diacetyl I wasn’t impressed. I guess I have to try fresher sample to understand what the fuss is about... Rating: 5:3:6:3:12=2.9 Update: fresher bottle (from Špunka õllepood, Tallinn). Pours amber with off-white head. The head stays. Aroma is citrus, grass, malt, biscuits, hint of berries. Flavor is sweet and very bitter, fruits, citrus, caramel, pine. Finish is intense grapefruit-pine bitter. Overall: this bottle is clearly better, but for me the bitterness is too harsh and unbalanced.

Small cream head over (cold)haze orange-amber beer. Perfumey, citrussy, (exotic)fruity hops. Bit of resin, too, and valerian. Grapefruitbomb,. Hoppiness equals the (better) West Coast IPA’s and no crudeness whatsoever. Quite light body, but quite slick, not empty at all; refreshing. Maybe a tad (not more) undercarbonated. Excellent, convincing IPA, great show! Dziękuję bardzo, Aga i tatę!

Bottle. A dense, two-finger off-white head sits on top of a clear, dark golden body. The aroma is peachy and lightly piney, with a citrusy touch and some pale malts. The flavor has a fine bitterness to keep the citrus and peaches company, pushing the maltyness to the back. It’s full-bodied and semi-dry, with a pleasant carbonation level. Some metallic hints in the else bitter and fruity finish. A pleasant one indeed, good to see Poland is finding its way out of lagerland. 131123

Ulfborg weekend celebration of nothing in particular. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Malty aroma with a hint of citrus, and some dusty notes. Sweetish malty and fruity flavour with citrus hops, and quite a bitter finish
