Bottle @ First Official Randers Tasting. Pours clear dark amber with no head. Clear aroma of layered honey with notes of barrel and touches of spice. Sweet flavour of honey, complemented by bitter notes of the warming alcohol. Roasty, sweet and slightly spicy aftertaste. Decent.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Clear amber without head. Aroma is sweet honey and herbal. Flavor is very sweet. Very sweet finish with heavy alcohol. 300312

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Copper color with no head, very strong dark honey in aroma and flavour, alcohol and honey sweetness becomes very noticable on the throat as you shallow. Long aftertaste

Pours clear brown with no head. Aroma has notes of honey and alcohol. Taste is heavy sweet. Body is full, texture is sticky, carbonation is flat.

Hazy amber with no head. Herbal aroma with a touch of green leaves and strong alcohol. Alcoholic and herbal flavour with a fruity and floral touch. Too sweet.
