Limited series- A young dark sour aged for 5 months on cherry wood with Idaho huckleberries and Idaho pie cherries and Brett. Dryhopped with Citra. Extremely limited. Brewed for our 2nd anniversary.

Sample from 750. Clear reddish brown. Some Flanders style sour notes in the aroma. Modestly sour and a smooth mellow brown ale base. Not super sour but smooth and balanced. Very nice
