Draught 2019 version Small, dwindling rust-coloured head over jet-black beer. Bourbon², cigar leaf. Sweet with lots of vanilla aroma. Sweet-Bourbon-vanilla-young oak. Sweet roast, cake, finish has a roast-metallic bitterness. Vinous, but warming up it gets a bit boozy. Despite all the punch, it is not really a full-bodied beer, maybe part of the alcoholthinning. Excellent, if not outstanding.

Bottle thanks to Zakoon. Pours oily, pitch black, small brown head. Notes of heavy bourbon, spice, booze, chocolate, light tar, vanilla, fudge, oak.

Tap @ Van Moll Fest. Black. Oak, vanilla, bourbon and soft roast in the aroma. Malty sweet, roasty flavor with licorice, bourbon and vanilla. Nice and friendly.

Still so damn good. Incredibly thick, rich and creamy. Almost looks like chocolatey motor oil. Loads of bourbon, but the beer can handle it. Vanilla-coffee-bourbon-chocolate liquid with alcohol. Yum.

Bourbon, toffee, vanilla, subtle coconut, tons of oak, alcohol warmth. Very nice. 4.2

Woooo! Worth queueing for. Damn thick, tons of bourbon and very flavourful. Bourbon adds some vanilla, beer got the coffee and stuff. Superior balance. Delicious.
