Bügelverschlußflasche (kindly deliverd by Stefan!): Hazy, amber coloured, slowly collapsing white firm head; mineralic, chalky nose with malt and woody hops; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; slightly lingering drier bitter-malty finish. Not bad, but a typical "neither - nor" brew.....

(swing top bottle, provided by Quack-Duck) Hazy, chestnut-brown colour with a short and slightly beige foamy layer. Sweet, slightly worty and yeasty cara-malty aroma with a discreet, slightly herbal and woody hoppy touch. Bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied with a very soft carbonation. Caramel-malt character, slightly chalky/mineralic mouthfeel with herbal and slightly woody accents; dry-ish bitter-sweet finish with light to moderate hoppy notes. Okay. 14.IV.10.

draught at Bautzner Tor, Dresden. Hazy copper-coloured beer with a mid-sized head. Fruity nose. Solid malty background with a touch of caramel and chocolate, hints of roasted malts. Nice bitter hops with a citrusy character blend in towards the lingering finish.

Draught, 4.7% at Bautzner Tor, Dresden. Sweet and sourish aroma. Does not smell or taste infected, though. Cloudy red colour. Small stable off-white head. The flavour is also sweet and sourish. Fruity in a berry-like way.

Bottle 50cl. Sving top @ [ Tasting by Maria ].Clear medium amber orange color with a average to large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity, nutty notes, light to moderate hoppy, citrus - orange. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (060908)
