Sockeye Fresh Hop Ephemeral Ale On tap at Homestead, Meridian. Milky light pale beige with a fine smooth off white head . Very subtle fresh hop aromas and flavors. A little grassy and floral but faint and subtle. Low bitterness as well. A smooth soft palate and a slight citric sour bite at the end . Very pleasant
