Bottle at EBF 08. haze russet. Lasting beige on tap. Malts are quite fruity. Butter though. Strawberry. Decent hop and decent fruit. Alcohol isn’t too obvious, but gives it a good body.

Slightly hazy red brown with a small off-white head. Anise is unfortunately allowed to dominate the aroma completely - behind it are subtle notes of hops and of fruity english yeast. Flavour is sweetish and fruity, with a vineous note, but again with too much spice. Body is deliciously full with a touch of warming alcohol.

50 cL bottle. Pours almost clear redish with a lacing white head. Aroma is mild spiced and hoppy with a dry caramel malty accent. Mild spiced and malty flavour with a light bitterness coming through. Light bitterness and smooth spiced note into the far finish.
