Dulle Teve is brewed with a white candy in the kettle and has 10 percent alcohol per volume. It is for sale almost all year round in the brewery.

Dulle Teve is a swear name used in the region for a nasty woman. This was first used by a pub owner who wanted his own beer and was tasting two different possibilities in the Oerbar. His wife became increasingly impatient and phoned him. At that moment the pub owner remarked: "Do you know what you are? A dulle teve!" The brewer immediately saw possibilities: "Now we have to make a beer, we already have the name," he said.

F: huge, white, extremely long lasting. C: hazy, murky orange, gold with floating yeast particles. A: some vinous tones, grape-fruit peels, orange, candy sugar, spicy, fruity yeast. T: 0,33l bottle from Beer Temple in Bruxelles, BB 08/16, full-bodied, complex, very lively carbonated, dried fruit, woody, raisin, candy sugar, cognac alcohol, banana, passion fruitiness, oily texture, floral hops, coriander, cloves, honey, peach, dry finish on the palate, great beer for this style, worth to try.

Thanks kajser! Misty golden body with a huge, enormous lasting white head. Enormous spicy malty aroma, some alcohol, orange - nice fresh notes. Taste... soft, vaguely citric candy, yet dry, not particularly sweet, not sour, though more on the sweet side, slightly. Strangely dry. The alcohol is very obvious, too obvious. Yeasty kinda. Ooof. I have to admit, I love tripels, and I really didn’t like this one. in fact, one of the worst I’ve head.

Bottle. Nose is amazing, floral funk, hints of soft summer fruits, lots of white grape, almonds, marzipan. Taste is cream, almonds, sharp grape, citrus, summer fruits, ripe pears, herbal hops, honey, hints of medicinal hops, banana, apricots, slight spice. The finish is pleasingly dry. A touch too carbonated for me. A spectacular beer.

Hazy orange color with big white head. Aroma is apples, citrusy, apricots, toffee, candied sugar, very yeasty. Taste is with tart fruits (hints of balsamico even!), quite a sting at the beginning, again toffee and spices, with a boozy, warming finish. High carbonation. A quite complex Tripel, driven very much by fruit esters and sweetness, the tart sting at the beginning is really adding a lot of character. One of the better Tripels I’ve had. 7-4-8-4-15.1997 bottle. Dark amber color with white head. Very funky, lightly tart. Extremely moreish and interesting! 8-4-8-4-16

330 ml. bottle. Labeled April 2017 on cap. It pours a lightly hazed orange color with a massive, frothy off white head. The aroma is bready with some rather strong apple and pear esters. Dusty yeast. The flavor is strongly alcoholic with honey, orange and apple. Some hints of peppery yeast notes in the finish with more alcohol. Full bodied but well attenuated. Fruit, honey and alcohol stand out. Pretty good, although not really my favorite style.

Flaska@Pressklubben. Ljusgul grumlad vätska med maffigt och tjockt skum. Blommig, örtig doft. Bra balans mellan sötma och beska.

Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 14.09.15. Muddy greyish yellow. Huge, dense, persistent and foamy off-white head. Fine aroma, with lemon, cloves, coriander, lemon grass and a hint of yellow apples. Quite carbonated. And rather good!
