A rather malty brew, which we think goes very well with cheeses - even well matured blue cheeses. You can also try our Amber paired with a grilled dish. Recommended serving temperature 10°C/50°F.
Ingredients: Maris Otter, Munich, and caramel malt; Chinook and Williamette hops; English ale yeast, and our local Grimstad water.

Bottle: Poured a deep cloudy brown color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and good lacing. Aroma of strong caramel malt with some semi-sweet notes and dry hoppy finish. Taste is also a mix between caramel malt with some dry hoppy finish. Full body with limited filtration and good carbonation. I must admit to being impressed with this session ale that packs more character then your average amber ale.

A dirty dark amber ale with a thick light moka head. An herbal caramel malt with musty notes, and light strawberry. In mouth, a hoppy caramel malt with nutty notes, some lactic points, sustained bitterness. Medium bodied. A good amber. Bieropholie imports.

Muddy with large beige head. Strange chemical aroma with spices, mild caramel and hoppy notes. Sweet flavor with hops and malty notes. Loads of off notes I’m afraid....

500ml bottle. Dark amber body with creamy off-white head. Aroma of toasted malt grass and citrus. Fresh, fruity (apricot) and bitter taste. Well balanced, long aftertaste, hoppy with some lovely esters. Also a hint of smoke in the aftertaste. A very enjoyable and complex beer.
