Kukko Summer Ale on raikas ja kevyt American ale. Sen kullankeltainen väri ja hienovarainen karamellimainen makeus yhdistyvät raikkaaseen, sitruksiseen hedelmäisyyteen sekä aavistuksen kukkaisiin vivahteisiin. Vaikka maku on erittäin pehmeä, löytyy oluesta myös mukavasti pirteyttä. Suutuntumaan jää miellyttävä kuivuva jälkimaku.
Tämä olut toimii mainiosti kevyiden kesäruokien, kuten grillattujen kasvisten, lohen tai vaaleiden kanaruokien kanssa. Myös raikkaat salaatit ja miedot juustot täydentävät loistavasti sen tasapainoista makumaailmaa.

50cl can from K-Citymarket, Helsinki. Pours clear goden with a white head. Grainy aroma with mild hoppy notes; light citrus, hay and hints of herbs. Moderate to medium sweet with low flavour intensity and ditto bitterness. Watery, bland and quite forgettable.
