A combination of the highest quality wheat malt and English and American hops makes this straw coloured wheat beer deceptively easy to drink with a superb subtle citrus finish. A natural blonde of course!

Cask@GBBF2007. Golden colour, small head. Aroma is mainly wood, some spices and a bit of wheaty notes. Flavour is the same, and quite watery to the palate.

Cask at County Hotel JDW Ashford. Well this won’t be worrying our continental cousins in terms of wheat beer. Blond citrus and hoppy with some lemon and some banana fruit with a dry hoppy finish but none of the other traits you would expect from a white beer. Inoffensive enough

Called Cornish Blonde on it's rare appearance in Sweden too. Golden coloured. Very hop aromatic, big pear aroma. Light bodied with sparkling mouthfeel, wheat flavour and a quite bitter finish with citrus notes. Excellent and refreshing.
