A combination of the highest quality wheat malt and English and American hops makes this straw coloured wheat beer deceptively easy to drink with a superb subtle citrus finish. A natural blonde of course!

50 cL bottle. Pours almost clear and golden yellow with a lacing white head. Mild milky and ornish aroma with a mild fruity hops note. Mild spiced flavour with a delicate citrusy hops flavour. Light butterish note. Lingering delicate hops fruity note into the finish. Yet with a mild buterish note that wont let go.6-3-5-3-11=2.8

Cask@GBBF2007. Golden colour, small head. Aroma is mainly wood, some spices and a bit of wheaty notes. Flavour is the same, and quite watery to the palate.

Cask at County Hotel JDW Ashford. Well this wonโ€™t be worrying our continental cousins in terms of wheat beer. Blond citrus and hoppy with some lemon and some banana fruit with a dry hoppy finish but none of the other traits you would expect from a white beer. Inoffensive enough

Called Cornish Blonde on it's rare appearance in Sweden too. Golden coloured. Very hop aromatic, big pear aroma. Light bodied with sparkling mouthfeel, wheat flavour and a quite bitter finish with citrus notes. Excellent and refreshing.
