Bottle from the brewery. Pour a very dark ruby color, with a small off white head. An odd color... Their ipa is way darker than their double ipa. Anyways.... The aroma is very piney, even a little catty, must be alot of Simcoe in here. It’s a little spicy, and quite earthy. Good mouth feel, and carb, with a solid bitterness. Finish is very earthy, and lots of pine. A clean, crisp finish, an old school Ontario ipa.
