750ml bottle from the brewery.
Hazy golden pour, with a big white rocky head. Right offf the bat, there is an aroma of malted grains mixed in with some perfumy, herbacious notes of rosemary and some juniper that also border on pine. The mouth feel is standard, and the body is just fine. There isnt much making me think of a saison here, just reminds me of a belgian ale, there are some slight fruits and yeasty esters in here too. Low bitterness, and a herby, grassy, rosemary finish. Interesting brew, but o dont see myself looking out for it.
