(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of fonefan. Slightly hazy golden with a dense, off-white head leaving some lacework. Discreet but enticing and dry Brett aroma. Light-bodied, fairly dry with notes of horse blanket and a whiff of burned plastic. Dry and bitter finish. 220808

Bottle. A hazy, golden-orange beer with a minimal off-white head. Citric, sour, dusty aroma with pale malt. The flavor follows the same track, but has the added joy of burnt plastic notes and some citrusy hoppyness. Medium body, and a citrusy, bitter finish. After quite a few english bottle-condition ales, I’m not very impressed. It would probably be a good idea to quit bottle conditioning, or do some quality control. Yikes! (080822)

[Cask at Volunteers Arms, GBBF 2005] A hazy orange beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet malty with some spicy notes to it - and so is the flavor pretty much too.
