Bottle from the lcbo. 750ml corked and caged . Slightly murky orange pour, with a large head that dissipates quickly. Fresh apple skins, honey and some apple phenols. Minerals, strong fermented apple flavour, but also some strong musty apple flavour also. Some wet paper, and cardboard lingers in with the musty apples. Strong carb, semi sweet finish. Not great, pretty rustic, not in a great way though.
