Our first RTD beverage and Ontario’s first hard cider and kombucha. This refreshing, dry cider is made from local Honeycrisp apples and blended with locally produced kombucha. Handcrafted in small batches, DRINKLAB® Pombucha™ has light citrus and tropical aromas, delicate carbonation and a dry finish with hints of lemon and pineapple. Can from the lcbo. Clear yellow pour, no head. Aroma is tart apple, apple skins with a semi sweet vinegar kombucha vibe. Crisp and clean mouth feel, lively carb. Finish is tart apples again with a soft kombucha vinegariness.
