Hazy yellow pour, with a Gigantic frothy white head.... Foamed out of the bottle numerous times. Very herbaceous aroma, mint, thyme, light basil. Sharp lemon zest, funky wet hay, funky, woody grasses, with some butter grape skins. Crisp mouth feel, very lively carb. Light tart finish, medium bitterness. Super interesting take on a lager. Like a previous rating, a fruity, infected, well made lager. Quite impressive.
