Collab met Cigar City Brewing. This American Blonde is brewed with Wayne Wambles from Cigar City Brewing. It is brewed with loads of fruity aroma hops to give the beer a fruity resiny flavour. Then we added spicy juniper berries and fresh sliced grapefruit and to top it off , we aged it on cedarwood. So many flavours in one glass…

Bottle. Golden orange pour. Aroma of grapefruit, malt and juniper. Taste has soft juniper, bitter grapefruit, malt and soft vanilla-ish oak that must be the cedar. Quite refined and creative. Well done.

Bottle @ home. A bit hazy yellow color, medium sized off-white head. Aroma is a bit weird, peppery. Taste also has that weird peppery flavor. Some sweetness and some citrus. Decent body and carbonation. Ok beer, not great, too spicy and peppery.

Bottle shared at home. Hazy golden, it’s completely filled with weird small particles floating around. Quite big off white head that doesn’t last long. Sweet malts, some tropical fruits, green melon, rye, light bitter twigs, maybe a hint of the wood? Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with creamy feel.
