Niagara Cider Company’s Rose Gold Berry Soaked Cider is a delightful light offering that would be refreshing anytime, but in particular on a Spring or Summer afternoon. While the cider is more apple forward than anything else – with a nice mixture of sweet and sour apple notes – the berries are about a medium level in taste… slightly candied with raspberries being the most obvious, strawberries second and the blueberries being minimal. Smells much different then it tastes.
