Can from the lcbo. Clear yellow pour, with a small white head. Freshly cut apple skins, freshly cut grass, bright, hints of honey, and citrus zest. Mouth feel is thin, carb is tight and lively. Finish is dry, a touch tart, more apple skins, hops fade but add a nice sharp grassiness. Really impressed.
