This latest batch of IPA was hopped superlatively (both hot and cool side) with Australian Galaxy hops (the finest, most coveted hops to come off the continent - they are delightfully stone-fruity!)

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8.5
Can from the brewery. Hazy yellow with a large white head. Big stone fruit aroma, nectarine, peach and mango. Fleshy, and sweet. Mouth feel is nice, carb is lively. Medium bitterness, huge stone fruit notes, a lovely ipa, a great example of what galaxy hops can do.
