This golden ale features an exclusive malt bill using a blend of @shorelinemalting’s Pale Ale, Wheat and Light Munich. Delightful notes of honey, biscuit and balanced bittering from a combination of Saaz and Hallertau Blanc. You’re never more the 60kms from a Shoreline in Nova Scotia, but if you’re outside of Lunenburg you might be a ways away from this one.

1L can from the brewery. Slightly hazy golden pour, with a large white head. Aroma is very grassy, big noble hop notes, some fresh leafy hop cones, very green, with some soft minerals, and cereals. A little bready, and fresh baked biscuits. Mouth feel is nice, carb is soft. Low to medium bitterness, lots of cereals in the finish, bready, with a super grassy noble finish. Clean, and crisp. good stuff.
