Citrus aroma full of fresh lemons and spicy zest.
The mouth is filled with vanilla malt and left with a long and satisfying bitter finish from the Cascade and Armarillo hops.
An easy-drinking “session beer” with a character, refreshing at any time of year.

Cask@Market Porter. Golden colour, minor head. Aroma is mild hops, some caramel and slight hints of rubber. Flavour is very much the same. Pleasant thing to drink, and refreshing on a hot day.

Cask handpull at the Rake, Borough Market. Blond citrus beer, sub Dark Star and Oakham, not bad but a bit dull.

Cask conditioned at the Victoria, Clifton Lido, Bristol 15/4/07. Golden hued with mases of floral and citrus aroma. Bitter flavours of grapefruit and grass with a long, dry finish. Lots of character for such a low strength beer.
