This year’s Blitzen is a Fruitcake Imperial Stout inspired by everyone’s favourite brandy-soaked Christmas cake, complete with raisins, cranberries, dates, whole vanilla beans, orange peel and cinnamon. This embodiment of holiday flavours offers up notes of orange, cranberry and vanilla at the forefront and more caramelized fruit notes as it warms up a touch.
