This is the second version of Fromage Homage, a former collab with Superflux and our tribute to their cheesecake-inspired beer.
This time around, we’ve ventured to a different slice of the cheesecake flavour wheel: Coconut & Key Lime. Although technically classified as a Pale Ale, this beverage is definitely cheesecake-esque. Conditioned on a massive amount of toasted coconut and fresh lime peel, with lactose providing full-bodied smoothness. Tart and creamy, with a subtle graham cracker base.
