Our head brewer Colin wanted to release something cool on his birthday this year, so he took his two favourite beer styles, the Czech style Pilsner and the West Coast IPA, and smashed them into one awesome tasty treat!
This West Coast Pilsner is brewed like a classic Czech style pilsner with all the classic ingredients like Saaz hops and pilsner malts, and then lightly dry-hopped with West Coast hop varieties including Citra and Mosaic.
Easy drinking, crisp and refreshing, with a light citrus kick.
