We’ve changed the way we brew our Tropical Storm series. In the past each beer was named after a fictional storm and featured a single hop. The new series is more complex due to different blends of hops. Now we have named each beer based on the intensity of the brew.
The Category 6 uses Idaho 7, Amarillo and Topaz hops. It’s more of a traditional IPA and is hazy and golden in colour. Notes of citrus, melon, peach, lychee, clementines.

Can from the source. Hazy yellow, large white head. Aroma is peach, mango, and pineapple with a weird durian, sulphur note. Medium bitter, a touch astringent, citrus zest finish.
