A new Pale Ale dry hopped with Citra and Idaho 7 CGX hops (super hops!). We’ve been wanting to brew some new Pale Ales lately and this one is a little different from the other Pale Ales in our flock. It’s still super juice/smooth, but it’s more in the orange rind / spruce tip / star anise zone of Pale Ales.
Ruddy is a really nice, pretty chill, not too hoppy, but still nicely hoppy Pale Ale, and was inspired by our 2nd favourite duck: The Ruddy Duck! A small duck with a blue nose that punches above its weight. Northern Shoveler still #1!

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Hazy yellow, small white head. Peach, orange zest, sharp, but not pithy, lightly bitter, hints of mango. Refreshing.
