Our newest Belgian Brut IPA. Brewed with Pale, Munich, CaraBelge, and Abbey malts. Lightly hopped with Citra and Lemondrop, then fermented very dry with @escarpmentlabs Ardenne belgian yeast with the help of some alpha amylase. Because of the dry light body and the careful hopping, this 9.5% beer is deceivingly easy drinking. Mild Belgian floral aromas lead into pleasant fruity notes on the palate.

Clear copper pour, with a large white head. Aroma is bready, boozy, dark fruit, some stone fruit, and spruce. Mouth feel is solid, carb is good. Medium to high bitter, bready, yeast finish, with fruity esters.
