Head for the hills pale ale is our west coast inspired pale ale. Pils, biscuit and spelt make up for a complex pale malt profile. Generous late addition doses of Sabro and Simcoe bring aromatics of ripe peach, grapefruit zest and pine. These flavours follow through with upfront Stone fruit sweetness, pithy mid-palette bitterness and dry finish.

We launched this beer at the Ski Cape Smokey Beer Festival, and litterally kegged it off, and headed straight for the hills!

Hazy amber, with a Rocky, off white head. Aroma is herbal, mint, green tea, melon, and apricot. Mouth feel is dull, and thin, very light carb. Medium bitter, resinous, grassy finish.
