Cask @ Great British Beer Festival, GBBF 2008, Earls Court, London, England SW5.Light yellow color with a virtually none head. Aroma is apple, sour apple, wood, rubber. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and acetic (vinegar) with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. (060808)

@GBBF2008. Very pale yellow colour, small white head. ARoma is cheesy, some sour apples as well as mild wood. Flavour is cheese, vanilla and sour apples along with some sour wooden notes. Throatdrying.
