Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 26th January 2020. Clear gold with shallow off-white film and scant lacing. Somewhat vinous aroma with caramel malt. Leafy pungency and sweet caramel malt in-mouth, and a sweet finish of ripe berries, blackcurrant and caramel. Light in body and texture. Quite different from any IPA I’ve tasted prior. There’s a first for everything. Especially for those with a thirst for everything.

A really straightforward bit decent enough golden ale. Looks the part with a thick white head. Aroma is light, zesty citrus and the taste has the same, dry enough so that it doesn't get sickly as a lot of these sorts of goldens are prone to and a pleasant, subtle hop aftertaste.
