Cask-conditioned at the Pelican, Gloucester, 9/8/2016. Deep amber in colour, with a slight, white, head. This beer was much called for after a long walk down the Severn Way from Tewkesbury. A pleasantly quaffable bitter, with a touch of nuttiness, hedgerow hops, slightly sweet, biscuity malts and lingering, bitter, finish. Enjoyable drinking.
