Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 4 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 10 | Overall - 4.5
Look: opaque deep brown to black with a small beige head. Aroma: dark malts, vanilla and cream, well perceivable starch. Taste: medium sweet, dark malts, cream, vanilla, less perceivable starch. Low to light bitterness. Palate: medium to full body. Soft carbonation. Overall: could have been a good sweet stout. Off the starch.
