This beer is their pale ale "The Duke" with blood oranges added. In both beers cases, I wish the brewery would decide what style they think they're making. The Duke used to be called an IPA. Now they claim it's an English pale ale, but the bitterness is awfully high for that. Having just had the Blood Orange version, I'm going to call it an APA.
Anyway, it pours clear copper with a lingering white head. It smells of caramel malt and mild citrus. The flavor is pretty bitter, on the higher end for a pale ale. There's caramel malt and citrus. It's pretty good.
