Can. Sweet with a gentle sourness. Lots of red berries and quite a lot of vanilla. Think this will work better with some white rum added. 545310 250726

Rubinraud og uklår med lågt skum. Aroma av frukt, bær, litt vanilje. Smak av bær og frukt. Jordbær, blåbær, granateple.

CBHWS2025. Murky red colour with a small pinkish head. Aroma is blueberries, some cherries and a bit other berries with some tartness and mild "strange" spiciness to it, which I can't put my finger (or aromabuds) on what it is. Flavour is a bunch of berries with some tartness and mild wooden and slight spiciness as well. Looked quite heavy, but was actually quite nice as for the aroma and flavour.
