Cask (handpump) @ Smithfield Hotel & Bar, Manchester, England M4.Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, ginger notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, and a peppr - ginger burn finish. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (280708)
