Sample 1: Cask halfpint at Wetherspoon's, Victoria Station. Deep golden colour, minimal head. Moderate aroma. Flavour: Earthy and some tingling fruity hops on the tongue. Sample 2: Cask pint at The Beehive (JDW), Gatwick Airport, Terminal South landside. Copper colour, slightly off-white head. Moderate aroma. Malty flavour, slightly sweet, nutty notes, some earthy hops in the finish.

Danke an minutemat. Erhöhte Karbonisierung. Sehr trockener bitterer Beginn mit wenig Hopfen. Bitter bleibend, rund, eher wenig süffig. Mittellanger Abgang. 10/8/9/9/8/9

cask@The Edmund Halley "spoons", Lee, SE London - Amber/gold pour with a medium white head. Sweet and toasted malty with some notes of caramel, nutty accents, herbal twiggy hoppy bitter into the close.

Tried in a bottle from M&S. Hazy deep golden colour with a white head. Aroma has orange and malty caramel. Taste is sweet malty. Medium body

2016 catch up - Bottle at home - It was beer. Very drinkable, but not a huge amount going on and it really doesn’t stick in the mind.

Cask at the Caley Picture House. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of faint floral hops, light lemon. Taste is light sweet and chalky. Thin finish.
