33 cl, bottle.
Might've been already expired since 5-6 months, so not a good experience :(

330ml Bottle - Deep amber in colour. Dried fruit and some boozy notes in the aroma. Malty taste with dried fruit and caramel. Moderately rich.

2006 bottle, poured in a Duvel glass. Hope that's all right. Dark, solid brown pour, thin layer of foam. Nose has some specialty malt spice, a bit of Chardonnay, perhaps. Very nice after nearly 20 years. Taste is wonderfully surprising. Again, specialty malt with caramel roast, light spice of coriander, maybe a bit of allspice. And there's some nice, basic "beer" taste underlying the whole thing.

Bottle. Pours dark brown with good head. Aroma/taste was a little to lemony/alcoholy for me. I preferred the 10.
Rerate 17 years later - honestly this is an elite dark fruit double

A regular trapping beer, boozy but it is find, malty, notes of plum and apricot, mineral and dry at the palate, regular hop, not so complex comparing with the 10, a beverage to drink quietly. 29.09.2020, drinking it at Epalinges, at night.

Bottle. This is an excellent beer. Actually ranks right behind it’s big brother. The sour after taste did cause me to lower my score a bit. Otherwise, great beer.
