A rich dark brown, English Porter, spiced up in late stage of fermentation with raspberry puree. Mild aroma of raspberry covered with chocolate, almost like a chocolate filled with fruits. First sip reveals a medium body and gentle rolling carbonation. Flavor is similar to the nose, with a mild overall profile, but with some roasted malt and dry baker's chocolate. These flavors roll to sweet raspberry notes, and finish medium sweet.
