Draught at the brewpub. Hazy golden, small head. Obvious elderflower aoma. Medium sweet and light bodied with a quite rounded mouthfeel that avoids becoming thin, despite the very low abv. Notes of banana and lemon. A refreshing summer beer.

Draft. A hazy light golden beer with a thick white head. The aroma is sweet wheaty with strong notes of elderberry flowers as well as light notes of citrus. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of elderberry flowers as well as notes of wheat and citrus an a slight acidity, leading to a dry and slightly bitter finish. A very refreshing beer, though the body is a bit thin.

(On tap) Slightly hazy golden with a dense white head leaving a neat lacework. Aroma of malt and sweet elder flower. Light in body yet with a fairly decent malt feel. and ditto carbonation. Light bitterness in the finish. I have a feeling that this is the brewpub’s standard pilsener blended with elder flower lemonade, but as such it works pretty fine. 180708

From tap at the brewpub. Pours unclear yellow with a creamy/crispy head. Herbal elderflower aroma. Prickling carbonation. Flavour is mild dry herbal elderflowers towards stinging nettle. Holds a mild sweetness towards the finish. Overall quite dry but a mild sweetness slowly builds up. Ends with a lingering elderflower note.
