In collaboration with the Koper craft bar "Ghetto something," we have created an exceptional beer that is a sincere tribute to the memory of the bar's co-founder, who has sadly left us. This beer is not just a beverage, but also an expression of respect for her favorite band and her passion for flowers, especially gerberas, which adorn the background.
Inspired by her love for distinctly bitter beers, we chose the Black IPA style with a strong 90 IBU. During the brewing process, we used multi-layered hopping, which gave the beer an exceptional complexity of flavor. The combination of Citra and Cascade hops creates rich aromas of citrus and floral notes, while dry hopping with Citra and HBC 586 emphasizes the fruity and tropical characteristics.
V sodelovanju s koprskim craft barom "Ghetto something" smo ustvarili izjemno pivo, ki je iskren poklon spominu na soustanoviteljico bara, ki nas je žal zapustila. To pivo ni le pijača, temveč tudi izraz spoštovanja do njenega najljubšega benda in njene strasti do rož, še posebej gerber, ki krasijo ozadje.
